HEAD CHEF - Mandurah

Our client is searching for the right person to join their chef team as the Head Chef for their Restaurant in this beautiful resort location in Mandurah.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the supervision and control of the kitchen including kitchen staff and all chef's and apprentices. You will also ensure the overall performance of profit margins are achieved and that there is a high level of hygiene, safety and security of all product, people and equipment.

Competencies required;
- qualified Chef
- menu Planning
- Functions and Restaurant experience
- Hotel experience
- understands the local food and wine in area
- cost control, financials and purchasing experience
- Previously Head Chef or Sous Chef - a la carte and functions
