The Victorian Bar School offers a range of short courses designed to help graduates find work in the hospitality industry. Our courses are "hands-on" with the major focus on give students the practical skill needed to be successful in the industry.

- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Barista Coffee Making
- Responsible Service of Gambling
- Silver Service Waiting
- Hygiene for Food Handlers
- Food Safety Supervisors
Graduate from our practical courses can use our staffing agency free of charge. Our courses are nationally recognised and endorsed by the Australian Bartenders Guild.
