A beautiful establishment within the Yarra Valley is now looking for a Chef de Partie to join their already reputable team of professionals. This role is designed for a Chef who wants to advance their career, and work in a busy, challenging environment.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for working within a professional kitchen environment, and producing meals of consistent quality, for the Fine Dinning, Cafe and Event styles of cooking.
To be considered as the Chef de Partie you will need to have the following:
- Be passionate about the Industry and enjoy producing good quality menu items.
- Have an enthusiastic approach and ability to cooking at a fast pace.
- Be able to retain and learn recipes and menu items.
- Have good organisational and communication skills.
- Function and a la carte experience.
- Able to keep a clean and tidy work place.
If you are successful you will be rewarded with:
- Working only breakfast and lunch, nights are required if there is a function.
