This leading conference and events facility in Melbourne's Outer Northern Suburbs is looking for a Conference Sales Coordinator to join their supportive team.

The key responsibilities of the Conference Sales Coordinator will include preparing proposals, securing sales, preparing contracts and room lists. In addition to this your role will be to ensure that each of the services provided meets and goes beyond each guest's expectations.

To achieve this you will possess the following skills:
- At least 12 months experience is Sales Coordination
- Experience in a 4-5 star environment
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Computer literacy
- Attention to detail
