Head Chef - Looking for a Sea Change?

- Fine Dining with Local Produce
- Salary $50k - $55k plus Accommodation Included
- Island Resort off the Coast of South Australia

Situated just off the coast of South Australia, this world renown Island Resort is looking for a Head Chef to join their team. Not only have you got time to relax and enjoy the surroundings but also have the ability to cook with the local produce such as unlimited fresh seafood, organically grown chickens and eggs all to be married with the flavours of the island.

Included with this great position is accommodation, fantastic working hours and a picturesque setting.

Successful candidates must have:

- Previous experience in a similar a la carte restaurant
- A passion for high quality local food and fresh produce
- The ability to consistently deliver quality with attention to detail
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations including purchasing, stocktaking, staff management, GPs costs
