CCHC and T is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is nationally accredited to deliver Hospitality Training Programs.
In addition, CCHC and T can manage Hospitality Traineeships.

- Currently studying Degree in Bachelor Occupational Health and Safety (OH and S) at the University of Newcastle, Callaghan Campus, NSW.

David Sheehy (director) was employed in a fulltime capacity with TAFE NSW, Tourism and Hospitality for a period of 11 years (1994-2006). He has been a Lecturer within the University of Newcastle on the Bachelor of Business/Management programs delivering Food and Beverage and Gaming Management components.
David has had a vast number of years in hospitality industry with experience primarily in the NSW Club Industry and has been a member of the Club Managers Association for 22 years.
David has recently delivered training in a contract position with TABCORP with the rollout of training for the new TAB wagering system BRAVO (Eureka RWT).
